GP Marquees – Win a Marquee Hire Package Worth Up To £1,500

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter

The promoter of this competition is GP Marquees (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of GP Marquees, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens on 1st May 2026.

3.2 The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 30th November 2026.

3.3 Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

How to Enter

4.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

4.2 To enter, participants must complete the online entry form accessed via the official GP Marquees QR code or webpage.

4.3 Entrants must provide valid contact details.

4.4 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

The Prize

5.1 One winner will receive a marquee hire package supplied by GP Marquees with a maximum total value of £1,500 including VAT.

5.2 The prize may include marquee hire and selected event contents or accessories supplied by GP Marquees.

5.3 The specific contents of the package will be determined by GP Marquees based on the winner’s event requirements and available stock.

5.4 The prize may only be used for events taking place between 1st May 2027 and 30th September 2027 inclusive.

5.5 The event location must be within a 100-mile radius of Banbury, Oxfordshire.

5.6 The prize is subject to availability.

5.7 The prize cannot be used on the following dates:

19th June 2027
20th June 2027
4th September 2027
5th September 2027

5.8 The winner may upgrade the package or add additional items at their own expense.

5.9 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

5.10 GP Marquees reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

6.2 The draw will take place in early December 2026.

6.3 The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry.

6.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, GP Marquees reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Booking Conditions

7.1 The winner must confirm their intended event date within 30 days of accepting the prize.

7.2 All marquee installations remain subject to normal site suitability, access, weather, and safety requirements.

7.3 GP Marquees reserves the right to refuse installation where site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Publicity

8.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree that GP Marquees may use the winner’s first name, general event details, photographs, and testimonials for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Data Protection

9.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

9.2 Entrants may opt in separately to receive marketing communications from GP Marquees.

9.3 Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Liability

10.1 Except where prohibited by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries
technical failures
circumstances beyond reasonable control affecting the competition or prize fulfilment

10.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

General

11.1 GP Marquees reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

11.2 By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
